At Ahmad Tea USA, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your tea, you may return unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

  Affix the provided return shipping label or use a trackable shipping service to send the package to our distribution center.

  Once we receive and inspect your items, we will process a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
